Attention residents of the Township of Ocean! Protecting your furry companions is easier than ever with our Free Rabies Vaccination Clinic. This vital community service will take place on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at the Township of Ocean Community Center, located at 239 – 11th Street.

Clinic Schedule:

• Cats: 9:30 AM – 10:00 AM
• Dogs: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Important Information:
To attend the clinic, an appointment is required. Follow these steps to ensure your spot:

1. Download and complete the VPH-26 Form.  Click Here for instructions.
2. Fill out the owner information (lines 1 and 2) and provide details about your pet (sex, neuter status, age, size, species, name, breed, and color).
3. Do not complete the sections for licensing agency, vaccine, or veterinary information.
4. Submit the completed form along with your pet’s prior rabies vaccination certificate to Michele via email at depclerk@twpoceannj.gov or by fax at 609-693-9026.
5. Once your submission is processed, your appointment will be confirmed.

On the Day of the Clinic:

• Only one person per animal is permitted.
• Maintain social distancing of 6 feet from others.
• Pets must be on a leash or securely contained.
• Bring proof of your pet’s prior rabies vaccination.
• Ensure you clean up after your pet.
