RE: Potential Employment Opportunity in Waretown / Ocean Township – Construction

The Willows at Waretown, a new affordable rental complex for seniors located at 501 Route 9 in Waretown, Ocean County, is currently under construction. Please be advised that qualified subcontractors, suppliers and service providers are being sought for a number of components of the project. In addition, qualified individuals are being sought to fill potential vacancies in a number of trades.

Currently, the general contractor is seeking qualified subcontractors, suppliers and/or service providers to fill the following needs:

Individuals who meet the minimum requirements for a potential opening will be referred to the appropriate party (either the general contractor or applicable subcontractor/supplier/service provider). If the opportunity arises where new hires are needed and you meet all relevant qualifications, then you may be considered for employment.
